lucy, it may have been asked but It's a question I have yet to find answered -please, and thank you: There is a lot of difference in opinion/debate about the whole 'soldering of the ring shank', question. Do you solder it with the shank join on the bottom (for future adjustment possibilities) or do you solder it on under the bezel (or another setting) to make the entire presentation smooth and perfect? And WHY do you feel that way? I thought I'd bring this to your brilliant mind!

Actually to me, both make perfect sense. First of all soldering with the join under the bezel makes sense if you're filing almost all the way through the ring to solder it too the bezel as that would almost mean there's just one solder join But on the other hand if another jeweller were to resize this later then then expect the join to be directly at the bottom of the ring band. I don't think there is a right or a wrong way to be honest, both could be argued for or against with equal points..... Not much help I know, but I'm a realist :)

He he he Thank you :) That is actually a GRS holder for their quick change gravers - it's like a spinning christmas tree made from tools - much better than than an actual christmas tree though!

Thinking a laser couldn’t overheat a stone 😂 when you’re zapping at 10 plus rounds a second things can overheat pretty quickly #disappointedboss not angry disappointed which was way worse because I so worshipped my boss 😭
