Jess, I just came across your videos today. My name is Susan from the USA. I'm so touched by the way you care for your Granma ❤. The love between yous brings much healing to views as well. I took care of my mom for 13 years. She went home to the Lord in 2021. ❤ I miss her so very much. The emotions of what we can experience still are with me. We learn so much along the journey just how important and valuable life is. 😢 your heart and words of what you have and are experiencing are so needed in our world to help others through their times of hurt. God bless you and grandma, and your family love.

Jess, you are such a blessing to your nana and she a great blessing to you. I love your bubble analogy. My dad suffered from Alzheimer’s for over ten years. My takeaway from it all as it applied to me was, we, the people who loved him suffered the most. When he was in his “bubble” , that was his reality, and so, as long as he was happy and pain free, I was happy. It didn’t matter to me that he was not in my reality. If he was not suffering, I carried the rest of the burden for him… I carried the rest of the cross for him. I remembered for him and if he needed reminding who people were, I helped him remember, only if he asked. I grew up to be a caregiver, taking care of dementia patients. It is the greatest gift I’ve ever had. A gift to me, because it reminds you to live a life of purpose.

Hello Jess. I can empathize with you as my partner is bed ridden with Alzheimer's and in a care home. Unfortunately she's lost the ability to communicate but believe me we get by regardless. My love to your nan and stay strong.

You are such a breath of fresh air. What a beauty you are I’m sure your family is very proud of you. I’ve been watching your videos for a while, but I’ve never commented. Just enjoyed seeing how close your Nan is all her family. ❤️

Bless you for this, you have been very blessed indeed with a loving and tight knit family. Your videos take me back 2 years to the 8 months we had with Mom after finally being allowed in after the pandemic. The 15 months of only seeing her through a window was very tough but the 8 month was pure magic, although she was Della by then and not Mom anymore. Love and hugs to you both xxx
