Dude that green box..your insurance would have covered it!! Your car insurance has property damage included. I just totaled my car lost control hydroplaning last month and took out 50 feet of guardrail and the state charges you for it but all car insurance covers property damage. Call your broker and give them the bill and receipt they should reimburse you. At 52 I've dealt with insurance a few times trust me they will pay!

Y'all need to set up a Google Voice so that the Voicemails can be played through the mixer for the pod. This is the first Pod I've made it through. Difficult to hear the voicemails though. I worked for lakes area moving in Brainerd. And we moved safes all the time. We moved this 1 guy who had a built in safe like that. The haunted house idea could actually be a 6 figure business. My buddy here has a house and does it, doesnt work another job just sourcing props for halloween during the year, and opens up only for the season. But we also live in Toronto, Its like you doing it in NY. But where you live my estimate is more like 10k-20k, making it not so worth it. So just tearing it down makes sense. Plus in the time my buddy owned that house it went up from 250k to like 1.5mil with a 200k reno if you want to live in the house lol market is crazy out here!
