I have question for you I just started working and cleaning pools .. my question is what do you do when you show up to an account and its the service day and you see people using the pool .

I just check the chems. I generally don't make them get out unless they offer to. Just check the chems and if it needs chlorine I will add Cal Hypo in the skimmer. No acid. It happens

hey @poolguypodcastshow you should do a full video on.. customer service but more detailed, such as, not getting jump scared when they come out of nowhere.. or how much personal input about your life should you share with your customers.. customers who just sit outside while you clean but don’t say anything.. etc.. I think that would really be useful man.

I accidentally dropped 10lbs of granular chlorine into a 10,000 gallon pool. The cya level was at 30. I thought it was conditioner. The kids were complaining about their skin burning a little. Is that cause of the granular chlorine? The mom said her eyes were burning.

It's probably the very high chlorine. It could also be the pH dropping too low as well.
