Isaiah 53 sounds like you want it to sound because you ignore the facts Isaiah wrote in 41:8 "You, Israel are my servant Jacob you are my servant" In chap 49:3 Isaiah says “You are My servant Israel” There is no reason to imagine that the servant spoken of in 53, or anywhere else is a different servant than the one the Prophet already named & it is not the one you are voting for. It is Israel who is also call Jacob (i.e. The Jewish people) You are inventing scripture to fit your hopes.

When you turn your heart to someone you are showing them love When you turn your heart away from someone you are turning away from them, showing them disfavor, hatred The prophet said in the end days right before the Redemption G-d is going to send the prophet to bring the children's hearts to their fathers & their fathers' hearts to them This means that there will be peace between them The "new" book quotes their man/god saying that he did not come to bring peace in the family but only war

The clearest Torah example of the principle that Jewish lineage goes according to the mother is seen with Avraham and Sarah. Their son Isaac was a Jew (Hebrew) because Sarah was a “Jew”. Yet Avraham and Hagar’s son Ishmael was an Egyptian, because his mother was an Egyptian. But, the actual Biblical halachic (Jewish law) reference is found in the book of Deuteronomy. We are warned against intermarriage, “…you shall not give your daughter to his son, and you shall not take his daughter for your son, for he will cause your child to turn away from after Me and they will worship the gods of others…” The commentaries explain that “he will cause your child …” refers to the non Jewish man “married” to your daughter who will cause “your child” to turn away…that is… the children of your daughter are yours (Jews). It does not say that “she (the non Jewish “wife”) will take your children away because her children are not considered yours in this sense. The fact is that mothers have a much closer bond with their children than do fathers, and this bond is not just emotional, it is spiritual, too.

G-d is Infinite. The Infinite is unlimited, so It is everywhere. According to your book that man you worship is not in the grave. Psalms says "If I am in hell G-d is there" G-d is everywhere. Your man-god is not everywhere. You are worshiping a limited god. This is idolatry. Worship the Father, the King, the Infinite One.

G-d fills and surrounds all. There is nothing beside G-d. You are worshiping a form and this is idolatry. Worship the Holy One Who is everywhere and not a man who is not in the grave (nor my heart-thank G-d)

Read the Buddhist bible for their opinion and then there are other bibles too. Why do you chose to believe only your little bible when there are so many others out there? You did not see what happened if it happened at all and you are betting your eternal life on a tale that someone told you, and he too did not see it but only heard it from someone else who did not see it.

Rabbi!!! i love your wisdom and love and utter sincerity. I am a Christian man if Jesus is not the Messiah then Christians are of all men to be pitied we would be the most horrendous Idolitors among the nations God would judge us and would be just to do so. I love the Torah and all the prophets, BUT i am a Gentile and have no way of being born into the house of Israel what must i do? it is only in the New Testament where i find that by coming to Jesus and repenting of my sin that I can be adopted "spiritually" into the house of Israel "being born again" which happend to me. It was only in Jesus that i found that hope. I believe His salvation would spread to the nations and Jesus is the only one ive ever heard of that granted that. As a gentile who has sinned against God, Jesus is the only one I can put my hope in I know of no other. I love you Rabbi!!! do you see why gentiles cling to Jesus for dear life!!?? haha Grace and peace Rabbi Locks

You are reading from a x-ian translation so you do not understand what is written. It is a shame that you are wasting your life. For instance, at least three times Isaiah names that servant yet you ignore that because you want him to be talking about your fictitious idol. Yacov, Israel is named as the servant. Your man god is not everywhere. G-d is everywhere. But you will not change because of what i show you. You will have to find it yourself.

Thanks so much Rabbi! We have so many verses in the Jewish Bible telling us that G-d has NO FORM at all, and that G-d is Not a man, G-d is Not a mortal and Not a human. These Xtians respond by stating well there is no verse in the Jewish Bible stating that G-d can't become one. As if that means anything at all? No. There is no verse stating G-d can't become a horse, dog, cat, etc etc. But we know G-d is Unlimited,Infinite,Eternal and has No Form, and cannot become limited and finite. How typical of these Xtians.

Rabbi, what are your feelings on those of us who are Jews, yet we found Y'shua to be the Promised One? He is the Prophet mentioned in Deuteronomy 18:18. When I was growing up, I was not allowed to even read the New Testament, so when I hit my teen years, I finally had the opportunity to read it for myself. There is such life behind these scriptures. G-d poured His grace out upon His Apostles. Also, the reason Y'shua brouht war, is because G-d's Word creates division among people. Shalom.

One other thing that deserves mention: The "virgin birth". When the torah was translated into greek, the hebrew word meaning "young-maiden" was mistranslated into "virgin." Nowhere in the tanach does it state that the birth of meshiach will be from a virgin, but rather, it will be from a young maiden. Even Abraham and Sarah had their child through natural conception, despite the miraculous age at which sarah gave birth to isaac

A plural ending can mean more than one as in people or it can mean multiple without implying more than one as in water. The ending you are referring to in the creation is the same ending as for myim (water) and we say that the water in the ocean is a single body of water. Judaism teaches that all things have a soul, even the inanimate objects.

"No man will die for another man's sin." When HaShem makes His covenant with Abram (Genesis 15), who is it that walks between the pieces of the offering in verse 17? Jeremiah explains the meaning of this as, "The men who have violated my covenant and have not fulfilled the terms of the covenant they made before me, I will treat like the calf they cut in two and then walked between its pieces." (Jer 34: 18) No man will die ... but will G-d take the punishment for man's sin?
