It’s hard for me to pray to G-d because I read a tweet once that said: “If you talk to G-d it’s called praying, if you hear someone talking back it’s schizophrenia.” I’m a diagnosed schizophrenic. Any insight would be helpful. Hashem bless you.

Yes Rabi Gutman Locks, i have already seen it a lot and i found that video interesting though there were some aspects that i don't agree totally. I really respect your wisdom and understanding in Torah that's why Rabi is a wise man, and i can see through your speeches, behaviour that Rabi is a good person although i only see what is outside (but the mouth says what the heart is full of) but i have an unexplainable testimony about what God has been doing in my live since i received Jesus Christ.

Well said Rabbi Locks. I chanced upon a KZbin of yours "Answers to a Pastor" and your comments to him were right on all counts. Although I no longer believe in the G-d of the bible, I know the book well from my time as a fundamentalist Christian and every thing you pointed out to answer that pastor was correct. This video also is good. Posting videos like these will be good for Jews and anyone wondering what exactly Judaism is about. Because so many of us have been led astray for far too long.

As Rabi said to pastor Joel "I don't think that i am going to change your mind"...this is my thought as well because i am a Christian and you are a Rabi, but one day when i go to Israel i'd like to meet Rabi though we can keep in touch through e-mail; i hope GOD to keep Rabi alive until that day, yet let everything happen according to GOD's will. Be well.

I am not Jewish but that is one thing people misinterpret. Being Jewish is being the chosen one to BRING the Word of god to the nations.. Not any better.. We have our paths in God's destiny so do they.. just a different path.. All can be god's children.. All are god's children.. A non-jew can become jewish , but cannot undo that for all eternity.. so take you pick before one decides..

That’s fair enough I can’t force him. So what should I do I believe in your god I read tanach everyday I follow the seven commands of Noah but want more. I want a more spiritual walk with Hashem.

Not only follow the 7 Commandments of Noah but teach them to others. This will give you the spiritual life you seek. Learn how to explain that G-d is One and He is Infinite so no one is allowed to worship a man or a moon or anything that has limits. When you bring someone out of idolatry your spiritual life with be wonderful. Be well

Rabbi you are very interesting. You bring out some great points. I agree with you 100 percent that GOD is infinite. The one place I disagree with you is concerning the Torah. I believe the Torah is for all people. I also believe all people must follow the 613 laws . People can come close but no creation of GOD has done so perfectly. We need GOD'S forgiveness.

Yes Rabi Gutman Locks, i have already seen it. but Rabi told that you could rebuid the temple into 3 days but it didn't happen (i know that Rabi didn't mean that, i'm just joking). i personally think that what is happening to jewish people is what's written in Isaiah 28:12 "For with stammering lips and another tongue will He speak to this people"...

To Pain9111 - yes you can convert to Judaism if you sincerely wish to do so! No non-Jew is required to become Jewish, but if a non-Jew feels a true calling to be Jewish as if he "should have" been born a Jew, then he will eventually be welcome into our faith. Search for converting to Judaism and you will surely find a website with a Rabbi that can help you in this manner. May G-d bless you!

What a nice rabi! No, there´s no need to try to become a Jew, we´re all created by the same hand. And a person, who is not a Jew either, taught me for years the most deep of Jewish wisdom (things that most ordinary Jews don´t know). So, I don´t envy the wisdom of the rabis. They spend a whole life learning what I got for nothing in just a short time. Just BE GOOD, you are worth your Creator. And knowledge is nothing if you don´t have love in your heart. Shalom.

I don't think it is "wrong". You're not hurting anyone. Though I suppose, if you don't believe in what is inside the Tefillin (declaring the Oneness of God) - so for example, if you believe in the Trinity, then perhaps it can be considered disrespectful.
@MFPhoto19 жыл бұрын
Derek Pike Tifillen is a mitzvah only incumbent on Jews. If you are a non-Jew, then why not start off by studying the seven Noachide laws and putting them into practice. These are the laws given to, directly or implied, Adam and Noah. Any Jewish book store should be able to recommend a good text for you.

He is not a true Jew, The Torah says In Abraham will all the nations of the world will be bless, that means teach the nations Judaism, not the 7 laws of Noah Gen 12-5 And Abram took Sarai his wife, and Lot his brother's son, and all their substance that they had gathered, and the souls that they had gotten in Haran; and they went forth to go into the land of Canaan; and into the land of Canaan they came.
@MrBrunoGI7 жыл бұрын
Eric Maza He is a really good Jew, there is the Torah we have today which was given at Mt Sinai, and there was the Torah of Shem on Avrahams day and in it was the 7 mitzvot b Noach, Avraham was given an additional mtzva after the Hashem added the Home which was circumcision but this was by no means the Torah, H went to every nation and every nation rejected it, the Jews were given it by force because of Avraham, and because of Avraham the world stands.

@gutmanlocks4 жыл бұрын
Here is an interesting article listing the sources for the Laws: www.researchgate.net/publication/338774355_Noahide_Laws_Sources_Noahide_Laws_Sources
@bingo77994 жыл бұрын
@@gutmanlocks Thank you for that. I read it and that just reinforces my belief that these 7 Noahide laws, while maybe stated in other contexts of scripture are not specific commands given directly to gentiles but a construct by Rabbis commenting in the Talmude and extrapolating direct commands out of statements made by God. The particular one about establishing courts of justice was particularly made out of thin air. The point made using Genesis 34 about two sons of Jacob killing the rapist of Dinah, and to extrapolate that they made some court is absurd. They simply took it upon their selves to kill the offender over Jacob's objection. That was no court and certainly has no bearing on a command to gentiles. The other mind game using Genesis 2:16 is a total construct based on some undefined verbal gymnastics with giant leaps of logical assumptions. There may be only one actual command given to Noah in Gen 9 and that is to not eat flesh with it's life. The other statement about shedding blood of another is not really a command but statement of consequences. That's it. The other Noahide commands are cobbled together from other contexts. Christians believe in Gods moral laws and honor them but God has a new covenant where he puts his law in our heart by means of the Holy Spirit. It is no longer imposed from outside by human judges.
@gutmanlocks4 жыл бұрын

"Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; yet we esteemed him stricken (cursed?), smitten by God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions." One day we will all see clearly. I like your videos though. You have a lot of fire. Right there in the heart of it all. Shalom to you.
