Sir we want to see what is the turbine rpm when inlet speed is 3 m/s for this porpuse should we define the angular velocity as you do 9 rpm?
@BOE_80327 күн бұрын
Rpm are equals to inlet speed devided by turbine radius

Sir just a question. What does the cylinder represent?
@BOE_8037 ай бұрын
It's representing the rotation of the rotor which simulated by rotation flow field

Sir thank you? How we can see wind speed 10m/s? Blade cycle rpm in min and cp power
@BOE_803 Жыл бұрын
For windspeed 10m/s just cange the input in inlet velocity by 10m/s. RPM is modeled in rotation domain by convert the axial velocity (10m/s) to radial velocity (V=omega*radius of rotor). Power of Rotor generated is from omega*Torque of the rotor

could you please send a link of the geometry file
@BOE_8038 ай бұрын
i forgot the link, just use "helical blade wind turbine" keyword in GrabCAD, there many file with different extensions are available to download. make sure the extension match to ANSYS (.igs, .stp)
