Does anybody know why when i close Designmodeler and reopen it i cant do any changes to the model anymore? Its really annoying.

As far as i know, you can't change the coordinate system in design modeler, you just can only add or change new planes. You will be able to change the coordinate system in another module, for example, in Mechanical.
