Most people only know Red Bluff, California for its Roundup rodeo, but just outside of town sits a fun class IV section of whitewater. Antelope Creek is a hidden wonder of the Central Valley. Not often runnable, this Sasquatch-esk beast is the dream of many Cali rafters. And with a high water year, it comes out to play.
Currently there is no gauge (that I know of) on Antelope. But from calculating 60% of the mill creek gauge, this run somewhere around 900 CFS.
