There can sometimes be discrepancies between Italian and European sizing. Specifically: Italian Size 40 is often equivalent to a European Size 41. This means that Italian shoes are generally one size larger than their European counterparts. So, if you usually wear a size 40 in European sizing, you might need to go for a size 39 in Italian sizing to get the same fit. If you look on Vestiaire Collective at the sizing guide, you will see that EU - IT sizig difference.

I find they run a whole size too big too. Annoyingly I have one foot smaller than the other and even though I got the whole size down, I still need to stuff the toe on that one. I adore them though! I hope you find them in your size!

Yes they are way too big. I am a solid 7 but I sent them back twice because I really loved them and they were comfortable. But unfortunately the sizes didn't work for me. 5.5 really?
