You’re first supposed to manually set the distance from your left speaker. And you’ll also get better results if you go in launch quick measure first and check the decibel ratings of your L speaker, then check db of subwoofer next and set your subwoofer so it is 3 db higher than the L speaker. Then go back and launch arc and run it and you won’t get that error message for your subwoofer and you’ll get excellent results.

I thought arc sets the distance after the calibration ?

@@ReanimatedShad0w No, you set that first so ARC can use that as reference when setting the distances for all the others. So you need to watch more video's on how ARC works, it doesn't set distances like other software does like Audssey do. But it works very good.

@@Upscaled_HT Please remember that ARC doesn't set distances like the other room corrections typically do. Just set he distance for Left speaker before running the ARC measurements, then let it set distances for everything automatically after that.

Hi, I'm configuring my AVM 70 via my Macbook, only that when I connect it to the device, the speaker settings screen doesn't come up, and it detects a configuration problem. How can I do..?

Did you use Dirac on your old system? If so which do you prefer? Also does the AVM 70 have tone controls? To boost bass and treble and speech like Onkyo?

Why is Anthem still not allowing you to calibrate all the subs together, I bought this receiver especially for having 4 subwoofers! Does the Marantz AV10 has the ability to calibrate all four subs at once?

Interesting to see how the processor works. But be careful, you have a well insulated room. This is quite rare, especially if you live in town ! For example I am in a building of 1898, the microphone will hear the neighbors... But I'll move to a new concrete building in the next weeks 😉

My fronts re set to full range because they have built in 12 inch powered subwoofers. Most speakers would be crossed over though. The center is full as well.

Hello, I own an anthem avm 70 and have the problem that I always have +6db roomgain when calibrating. At first I thought it was because of the room / I moved and have +6dB roomgain again and can't explain this to myself - I use an Anthem AVM 70 and an Anthem MCA 525 power amplifier with arendal 1723 speakers - can it be that the microphone is defective? Do I have to set anything in Windows? I'm pretty perplexed why this is so - can't explain it to me Christian

looking at your rack some thing caught me off guard, you have a zappiti and a zidoo. In the home theater space most people prefer one brand over the other.
