How about eliminating _all_ health insurance agencies, and all insurance agencies in general as a whole?! That way, _no one_ will ever need insurance for the things that need to be insured!

when i was a kid there was no health insurance - people cared for their health with diet and exercise and only went to the doctor for things like broken arms - and we paid cash - the doctors all owned their own businesses and the 'drug stores' were owned by the pharmacists - it's not just that health care has been turned into a money-making industry - they're also classified as 'non-profit' so they pay no taxes on the billions of profit they make ..

America might need to do a trial of a universal healthcare for one small municipality for 10 years with little population like under 100k.
