The latest news on Naoto health say the recovering from canser is positive. Although there is a lack of news about the return or not of Hiro Homma after his injury.... by the way Isamu Tamaru has been doing a great job.

According to a press release on their site, Hiro Homma is no longer in the band and is replaced permanently by Isamu Tamaru. Also, Eizo left and is replaced by ex band member Yukio Morikawa, who recentlly has been less than a good singer. as far as Shibatas cancer, hes already recovered from it since back in mid-2013 since it was discovered at a really early stage.

Homma had a surgery on one of his knees and it seems that the doctor screwed up or something like that and the recovery process took more time and pain about it, so he quit the band to focus on his health...
