Naoto Shibata wrote it and Hiroya Fukuda played it on the album. Nakama only joined Anthem after they finished recording No Smoke Without Fire, and his only credit is on the instrumental "A.D.D," the 2005 bonus track (which was originally included on the 1990 Anthem Best compilation). So who does it belong to? Anthem.
