My husband and I just got married about 2 months ago and this was our first dance song! I was a huge fan of the NSYNC version until I heard this version, I instantly fell in love! This always makes me tear up when I watch this video... My best friend Emily was diagnosed with Leukemia awhile back and lost her battle January of this year... Her Boyfriend Liam knowing she was sick decided he was put on this earth for her so he came to me and we figured out how he was gonna propose to her... We found Anthem lights version of this song (Emily was a fan) and we learned it with Liams band and sang it to her in the hospital during her stay for chemo... And he asked her to marry him... At there wedding he sang another anthem lights song... Anthem lights will always hold a place in our hearts...

The memories of her in the hospital watching AL videos on her computer she always had a smile on her face... I remember one day she was dealing with chemo side effects and felt horrible but shed turn on AL and she would smile, sing along and even dance around the room with her iv stand lol sometimes she was to weak to dance so shed shuffle along and bob her head or do a fist pump or two :)... She loved Calebs voice... She found something so comforting in it... She would call AL her musical hug... She'd say "when you feel alone or sad and you just need a hug from some one special but no ones there... Since I've been sick its been hard but AL has been my musical hug." she never lost her faith or her strength and you lot always kept a smile on her face...

Your music kept her happy through some of her hardest days... Your God given talent blessed a beautiful life... Thank you for making her smile and feel comfort when she felt like she couldn't go on... I just felt like you lot deserved to know the impact you had on her... Her birthday is coming up and we will be having a party in her memory... She would have been 25 years old and a party for Emily wouldn't be awesome with out anthem lights booming on our speakers... My cousin passed away today, she was 33 and left behind 2 daughters. This I promise you by anthem lights i dedicate to my cousin Rachel. Its never easy when you lose a family member! But her passing was sudden it hits us hard, she came home got into the shower and fell and hit her head and was gone, no chance to say goodbye, but god called her home today. Also to my cousin amber who has been in the icu for the past two weeks but is slowly getting better and to my nephew bobby who is 16 years and is in kidney failure. All of them have excellent vocal prowess. That makes them different because each voice is unique and equally great. Most group have a 1 strong singer but this group have members that are ALL excellent singers individually and their voices complement each other. Incredible job on this cover!
