Hi Meryem, other than a couple of casenotes, I haven't done anything on equity and trusts as yet. Partly because it's really not an area of law that interests me, and partly because there is so much else to do :) Thanks for your kind words though!

Isn't that court advocacy for if the queen comes to court that there should be the representative staff holder to knock three times on door. .... This as I understand it to be true and correct regarding English and the relationship with her majesty Queen of Wales. . Otherwise the innocent standby would see it a direct a threat to the judiciary. . So Domestically in. The formulation of the powers here is as in 3, legislative power, executive power, judiciary power, Combining that and this therefore it would be as executive power -what is approach regarding power of Justice. Then the two Powers really are fighting over Justice and the rightful claim. Inter Alia And here is where the question lies of law. . . .
