I watched him perform this live many years ago. Watch his hands in the final verse. He "strobes" the video. This has a refresh rate of 24 frames per second. Strobing it means that his hands/fingers are moving very close to that speed. Every note was played perfectly at that speed. Maybe he is the greatest pianist who ever lived.

His passion, skill, versatility, humility, and background make it difficult to see another pianist greater than than him. We might be wrong, but I'm still searching. We're not even talking about the fact that he seemed way ahead of his time. Many of what he played then are still not easily replicated today

Meet and talked to him several times. back even into the time with the kingsman. It was a gift few have. I was shocked when his death was announced. but really he was doing what he loved to do and was good at. I even heard him do the pink panter theme as well as many other shows like the munsters etc. classical trained but did not seem to enjoy it as much as christian music.

It's all part of the show, but I sure wish TACO would share his WRITTEN OUT version of MIDNIGHT CRY (my all time favorite gospel song...played by Gary Jones) with his fans...to purchase. Sadly, Richard Carpenter did NOT share his beautiful secret to "Close to You" like Anthony Burger shared. If you listen to the Carpenter's now, it breaks my heart, but the praise you hear is for Karen's voice...which IS outstanding. Firstly, I know a ton of secular musicians who are still Christians. I was in the industry for a while. That's a very broad generalization you're making there, and an unfair one at that. Secondly, he's playing with an orchestral track and a few live musicians along with him to augment. The problem is that the track is mixed too loudly in the final recording. Blame an audio engineer. Save the critiques of "secular musicians" for another video.
