Still listening November of 2024. O&A got me through tough times, my grand dad had cancer throughout his body, he died in 2014. We listened to the show together for years. I put an O&A clip on I believe it was lady di and Marion. He literally died laughing. He told me to put it on for him, I had tears in my eyes. He loved comedy, he introduced me to redd foxx Richard Pryor, George Carlin. Mom thought it was inappropriate. He nearly fainted when he saw Jimmy Nortons stand up special “monster rain.” Miss you, pop pop. Thank you ant, for the years of laughter.

thiland travlar you are out of your mind if you think the Stern show is as good as ever. I gave up on Howard's show permanently 3 years ago. I had been a die-hard fan since 1986, on WNBC. The show is a shell of itself, Hollywood Howie pissing and moaning about ho w people don't kiss his ass, what he doesn't have, how unfair it is, and the suck-ups just say yes boss. The Stern show died from a thousand cuts, the deepest being Artie's unceremonious exit. It's a shame, but I don't miss it at all.

If I was running Sirius I'd be thinking wow that was very entertaining and smooth. Ant needs Jimmy because he stops him from going too far down the conservative rabbit hole and keeps it funny. Jimmy needs Anthony because he can talk and take the lead and let Jimmy come in with a well timed joke (like a patient counter striking boxer) and of course they have great chemistry. Sam is 100 times less likely to butt in than Opie and 1000 times less annoying so he's fine with me. Shame it will never happen but that show would be a winner and this is coming from a guy who disagrees with most of Anthony's views but it's worth it to hear him back where he belongs. Okay, kinda feel bad for Sam. Ant and Jimmy just slide right back into a great chemistry and Sam does a good just of jumping in where he can but he can't compete. Would really love an Ant and Jimmy show, they make each other better. I went to NYC once shortly before I graduated from highschool for our senior trip. I was absolutely disgusted from start to finish. Everything about it disgusted me. The cost of everything was disgusting. The way people behaved was disgusting. The way everything looked and smelled was extremely disgusting. I mean, all the major places to see and visit were nothing like how they're portrayed on tv. One thing that really stuck out to me was the street that had all the fancy stores on it where a lot of iconic Sex In The City scenes were filmed. Based on SITC and other shows and movies, it looked so glamorous, but in reality, I saw a homeless guy squatting against the Prada store taking a sh*t right on the sidewalk. Absolutely DISGUSTING!
