I’ve been coming back to this video for about 10 years now. It’s my favorite singing of his. He goes absolutely coocoo bananas and I feel like it’s just for me hahaha. But seriously, no one puts passion into their singing quite like he does in my humble opinion.

Lyrics ❤️ I can feel it's gone, that alter in my soul. To be collected. Running up and down the walls of your nest. It never ends. (it never ends) To build it up again, we get high. To see if I wanted in, (I can feel it's gone) we stand. (it never ends) I don't wanna spend my whole life waiting, my whole life wondering when you'd come. To see it for what it is... You lost all intent. We use to be such good friends. Then you found a way out to break it down again. (I can feel its gone) We get high. (It never ends) And I don't wanna spend my whole life waiting, my whole life wondering when you'd come. And I don't wanna spend my whole life waiting, my whole life wondering when you'd come. To see if I wanted in, we gave up. We gave up our lives to be here. Who else is waiting here? I'm lost inside of your world. To break it down again, we get high. To see if I wanted in (I can feel it's gone) We stand (it never ends) Our eyes are barely open, our limitations gone. And I don't wanna spend my whole life waiting, my whole life wondering when you would come And I don't wanna spend my whole life waiting, my whole life wondering when you'd come. (you'd found a way out) To see it for what it is, we gave up.

Are you into amazing drummers? Try the band Oceansize. Look up a few of their songs: "Ransoms", "Getting Where Water Cannot", "Oscar Acceptance Speech", and "Trail of Fire". I've honestly never found a drummer I like more than this guy. Very creative and talented!

All the guys in Good Ol War (The band in the video) and circa survive (bass player) are super friendly and down to earth. They usually come out to the crowd or outside after the show. I’ve talked with them a few times. The only reason Anthony doesn’t come out is because he would get mobbed (and his wife and kids are sometimes waiting on the bus for him).

Remember when every Anthony Green song didn't sound the same? I mean, this shit is so god damn uninspired. Remember when Anthony Green didn't look exactly like every other hipster out there? Remember when Anthony Green was his own person making extremely unique music? Those were the days man. Every song on this album sounds like every other song on this album, remember Avalon? Remember High and Driving? Every song on this album is the same, it starts with the same general melody followed by a mediocre chorus, the bridge/outro always has Anthony doing that ridiculous raspy vocal that he picked up around Blue Sky Noise, and none of them have any content. I'm not saying this song is BAD or that this album is BAD but god damnit I've been hearing the same fucking song for 5 years now, I get that he still needs to make music to provide for his family but I'd spend $50 on a new cd with new music rather than spend $10 on this cd with the same shit I've been hearing forever now.

Jonjey2112 Young Legs is by no means my favourite Anthony album. But for fuck's sake mate, he's only human. He grows old like all of us. There's plenty of Anthony's weird shit in this album. Have a listen to Blue Sky Noise one more time and tell me his raspy voice is ridiculous. Shit's a fucking dream.
@Jonjey21129 жыл бұрын
***** Blue Sky Noise is kind of a joke, Glass Arrows is the only great song on it, everything else is mediocre or just plain lame. The two Collin songs are shit, funny enough they were the singles off the album.
@seanyoungman62869 жыл бұрын
Jonjey2112 What an ungrateful, shitty fan you are! Maybe one day you will appreciate it from a fresh perspective. I think it's cool, hearing his song writing mature- and the good old war dudes make an awesome backing band
@Jonjey21129 жыл бұрын
DrSean Thundertank It was great. On Avalon. High and Driving. Beautiful Things was alright. Everything has just gone down hill, so stale, so formulaic. It's like he picks up a guitar, hits a few chords, rambles the same shit in the same melodies, does the same raspy vocal, and then calls it a new song. I'm over it. And coddling that shit gets you nowhere. Admiring it just because Juturna was so good gets you nowhere. This shit is nowhere near the level of Juturna or High and Driving.
@seanyoungman62869 жыл бұрын
Jonjey2112 Where does complaining about it get you, exactly? There's always some shitty fans that are like, keep making that first album again over and over, just for me! You wanna hear another High and Driving? go write something. Your negative comments are a waste of time and energy. You take for granted the writing process, the practicing, the production of this media, the journey of this artist. You don't appreciate it, so just move along- no need to be nasty.
