Just my opinion but I think it’s about his relationship with his family and how they “try to help” but they’re not.

The lines "You just wanna make your money back" and "You don't wanna make it right You just wanna make me hurry up" make me think it's about the business people around him trying to hurry him through his addiction recovery so he can start making them money again.
