I definitely absolutely need this. I was in a car accident in my 20s and I'm now 49. I have 3 herniated discs and one having no cusion left in the middle. I have severe arthritis, scoliosis, pinched nerve, and nerve compression and spinal stenosis. I have severe arthritic pain and it gets so tight and stiff and is extremely painful all day everyday. @@sararahtz8574 That's scary! I've never believed in chiropractors! All that popping and adjusting! I had a wreck last year and was tricked into signing up with this chiropractor! First thing he wanted to do was xray and try to adjust my neck! I told him hell no! I have herniated discs and spinal stenosis in my neck, which has caused a paralyzed diaphragm. He looked like a scraggly recovering addict!
