He really realizes how fake us people are. From now being praised that he is in his peak, he is the best and Nganou is nothing. He should have lost like this way in the first place to Fury. Its just people really being people.

AJ sets an example for the boxing industry as a whole. Records mean too much in the world of boxing, while the cold honest truth is that any man can beat any man on any night. The factors lie in preparation and mindset, and I’ve always felt that records overshadowed the spirit of competition. Boxers have their careers ended by a couple rough losses, and are just as quickly deemed as forever worse than their opponent. I hope AJ’s performance tonight ends up shifting attitudes on the importance of records

Massive Respect to AJ, he's come a long way since he had a break-down in the ring post 2nd USYK fight in 2022, he's continued to learn & Grown…ALL the pieces have FINALLY come together for AJ, found Ben Davison, HIT HIS PEAK, Seems a lot more mature, More chill, AT peace with himself! People were criticizing, saying he was too scared to let his hands go, WHICH he just did against someone as Scary & as fearsome as Francis. Hands down, had his BEST performance of his Career!! Agreed, I have a lot of respect for AJ: He was once overconfident with his physical ability and then became gun shy after first loss to Luiz. Lost aggression and tried to box and then he went through two tough losses against Usky, who had better out-boxing skills. I honestly thought at one point AJ was done. But it seems he collected his pieces together with composure and calculated aggression. Unlike relatively lighter weight classes, heavyweight fighters' prime come at later age and can last up to 40. I am excited to see AJ's next 3 years.

Ngannou's power with boxing gloves on has been greatly exaggerated. I like the guy, but he never had the skill or power to compete at this level. As a life long boxing fan and also a martial artist all my life (Jitsu and karate).. I think this is straight forward. MMA training must cover groundwork, submissions, transitions, kicks, locks, chokes, punching etc etc. I literally cannot see how you can be competitive against someone who is 100% training just in boxing in their arena. But not competing against a top 50 ranked fighter but a former heavyweight champ like Joshua who underwent decades and countless amateur sparring and fights plus olympic gold and so on. To put in even more perspective chuck Norris got tapped out by the Gracie’s when he went to their gym to train in BJJ, yet there is no way the Gracie’s could beat Chuck in a full contact karate competition…. None of this surprises me.

Words of wisdom from this boxer. When you win it's only confirmation of what you already know. When you lose it's a revelation of what you did not know before. Losing puts you in a hard place were your choices can make you grow or regress.
