The more I see, the more I love him. He's way better upstairs than he's given credit for, all I see that's a red flag is the footwork. I'm gonna go on record and say, given he lands in a good spot, he'll be the best QB in the 23 Draft class in 5 years time

Great talent, he just have to learn to scan the whole field and not stare one read down. Also learn that every pass doesn’t have to be a bullet, some throws were completely off because he wanted to zip it when he didn’t need too

idk what these pundits are seeing in Richardson saying hes raw and hes only toolsy. This man has so much nuance to his game and pocket awareness and presence. He rivals Bryce and i think a tad better than Stroud in that regard. Given his tools right now i have him ranked as my QB1 although they are all very close.

Not his best game, which makes it one of the best games to evaluate a player. A lot of his issues comes down to raw mechanics, it seems. If he has the mind and will to learn how to perfect his craft, there's nothing Lamar Jackson, Jalen Hurts, or even Josh Allen can do that Richardson can't emulate. I see it differently. His accuracy isn’t great. But not terrible. His main problem and something that his coaches in the NFL will tell him is that not every throw needs to be a fast ball. He needs to work on touch. But my goodness his skill set is wild. He’ll need a half a year to sit and learn, but pair him with a good offense minded coach and you got something

I actually think his accuracy on mid to short passes is good. A lot of his throws tend to force the receiver to run to them or slow to get them, but there is a reason. A lot of his throws are into looks where his receivers will get hit and he's throwing them into safer catching lanes. It shows that he's smart AND accurate. BUT he is not good on deep balls. Throws some head scratchers there. But I like what I see from him. For me any round 1 QB needs to have a super power and he has 4 super powers: 1.) Insane pocket presence 2.) Insanely sharp decisions on ball placement (short and mid) 3.) Super skilled scramble ability 4.) A great side arm throw If I was a team, I'd grab him and dev him, round 1 pick based on how quick he processes and the skills I named.
