It’s not “erratic style.” It’s the fact he can’t hit the broad side of a barn. Can accuracy improve? Sure, Lamar, Allen ect…but they weren’t struggling to complete 40% of their passes. AR is WORSE than Tim Tebow at this point in his career trying to pass the ball.

I see Richardson's decision to go under general anaesthesia (for 7h!) to get a huge back tattoo as indicative of his desire to skip the pain/process and go with appearances/shortcuts. Dak did the same soft/weak thing, but at least he's had some success.

I can't for the life of me what in the world did the the gm and the scouts see in Anthony Richardson, he wasn't good at all in college, he's not mentally nor physically tough to play in the nfl. The Colts GM should be out the door right along with Richardson. My god he only played 13 games in Florida and all of a sudden he's the next Lamar Jackson, wtf 😳

It's not a matter of winning games. It's a matter of seeing that Richardson is not mature enough yet to be an NFL quarterback. He is not improving and hasn't improved since college. Why anyone thought it was a good idea to take him 4th overall is beyond me.

They would've beaten Houston last week with Flacco
@ryanblosser6081Күн бұрын
He seems a bit injury prone, which might be the biggest problem. Because the crazy thing is, even though the Colts wanted a Josh Allen and it's hard to get one, he had almost the same exact numbers as Josh did through 10 games. So they might have guessed right in a way. But the Colts are a potential playoff team so I can understand the move. Id keep playing him. If they win. Good. And get a number 1 wr in the offseason. If not, do what the Bills did. and get a bonafide number 1 wr in a trade
@johnchedsey1306Күн бұрын
Just can't picture Josh Allen ever tapping out of a game unless he realized his left leg had been severed and was ten yards away. Even then he might hop around.

The tap out is maybe a shield, you have to have a low 60% thrower to be a long-term starter, worth more than a Tyson Hill contract and Hill was a better thrower in collage and pros by 5-20 points. Throwing at 55% in collage is not raw but inaccurate. So, he is Allen who threw 52% completion his rookie year but within starting QB norms the next season and into the 60%s by his 3rd year. He is not going to be a more accurate thrower watching another guy be more accurate unless it is all decisions of not throwing to the right guy he sees. If he never sees the right guy that may not be fixable, people who cannot see the field, go through a progression quickly, stare are receivers are not good QBs. Not finding receivers and anticipating throws is a common, a lot of the time unfixable problem of bad QBs.
