Hopefully, weaver defense scheme is complex but we have some solid leaders and good communicators.

Let's hope. We had one of the best Defensive minds in NFL history, the Defense was better than I'd seen in 20 years before injuries destroyed us. Half the D is new, let's hope things work out.

We just can't call his firing if the defense isn't perfect to start. May be a slow start with the new system and new personnel

I like the cut of Anthony Weaver’s jib! He comes across as smart funny warm flexible and enthusiastic.

As a 30 year fan. This has to be 1 of the Best Coaching staffs i can Remember. Weaver Fits Coaches teaching Points. I believe Weaver failing at Huston will be a huge Benefit for the Dolphins. I believe Weaver will only be here For hopefully 2 years Max

I'm excited... just listening to Coach Weaver, who's coaching skill rival HC McDaniel. I like what he said about Coach McDaniel.

Weaver and Smith are going to be a phenomenal head coach's in the near future. Hopefully not too soon for Miami's sake.

Oh dear, coach Weaver sounds like a HC, very impressive, not sure how long we can keep him.

Hell of a lot better of a response by the DC compared to Fangio basically saying his scheme is crippled by the lack of talent in the roster. Also, Crossman needs to go still.
@rojoloco4 ай бұрын
That's the same exact thing I thought. Weaver mentioned Cam Smith as a player with potential who can be brought up by the veterans. Fangio spoke of him as someone who just isn't ready. I'm glad Fangio is gone. I also agree on Crossman. He either needs to build up our special teams this year, or he needs to roll out. Of course, that means we need to be able to first have someone in mine who can replace him.

Only thing that worries me is if we have a great season defensively teams are going to be calling for Weaver. I hope he at least gives Miami 3 years of great defense

Only thing that Sucks about having stellar Coaching Staff is the turnover. Miami is going 2 lose guys every year must hire with intent of training In house guys 2 take over keeping the Scheme similar.
