If nothing happens with the opening of training camp, and Dolphins stick with the 5th year option; expect Tua to sit out the end of the exhibition season and the regular season. Especially if they put in contract conditional clauses that no other QBs have in their contracts, i.e. injury for games missed. Media people are mixed on what will happen with Tua's contract, but the ball is with top Dolphins management.

No Tua contract till he shows he can beat good teams in December January. If he does pay him well. I don’t give raises to my employees who are good at best. I like Tua but he’s not elite yet…….don’t cave to pressure

Tua’s better than Justin Herbert. Herbert has an all star defensive team. Patrick has the number 1 defensive team, so Tua is supposed to win playoffs games with no defensive help. Bradley Chubb and Phillips and Xavien Howard did not play in Buffalo or Kansas. How can anyone win big games without defensive help. Pay Tua.

Don't watch then.. It is his show, and people have different views. As with any team, everything isn't as way positive. Dolphins do not like competition at qb, like that under this front office. When Sklyar had some sort of sucess in Buffalo playoff game they go and get White. I hope Weaver does well but he wasn't brought to Seattle with the Ravens DC or upgraded at the Ravens to DC. So people will have questions.

They will be fine at Safety. Holland/Poyer/Needham will get the lions share of the work, Campbell is an experienced backup, along with McMorris/Perry/Johnson brought in to develope. Neal could man safety in a pinch. Plenty of bodies, hopefully one of the three mentioned rookies can develope into a solid depth/ST ace, maybe even an eventual starter. They all have great size for the position and can pack a punch. Im more worried about the interior of both lines, particularly the Oline. Im still convinced we are going to sign Connor to play RG and are just waiting until he can pass his physical.

He said Phillips he meant Ramsey. He started out by saying Phillips and Chubb may not be there, and if they are probably won't be at 100%. Too many Jalen/Jaylens (4 now I think).

Going to need to draft a QB rather high next draft, not to compete with Tua per say, but for insurance for the amount of $$ we are going to guarantee to an injury prone QB. Not going to have $15-$20 mil per to pay a QB if Tua gets hurt, and Thompson aint the guy.
