I watched 3 times in 0.25 speed but still couldnt figure out what happened with that last hit where Cloud hit Kirby but fell straight down to lose the game. Can someone explain please?

@odysseyesportsin I think Clouds dair is similar to Link's? When they hit opponent they would go up not down right? In the video he clearly hit Kirby so he should have popped upward but it looks like Cloud hit something and fell. I don't think it's Kirby that hit him?

It appears to be that Cloud d-air'd Kirby, but Jeja saw it coming, and air-dodged through most of the d-air, then tech'd the hit as he hit the side of the stage, whereas Cloud kept his downward momentum from the d-air and couldn't up-b recover that low after leaving the d-air animation. If you look at it frame-by-frame, you can see the moment where Kirby is hit, and then techs the impact against the stage.

You can see Cloud maintain his d-air animation from start to finish, whereas Kirby exits the rock form, floats up into Cloud's d-air (But it appears that Kirby also air-dodged through most of Cloud's D-Air, getting hit on the side, instead of on top of Kirby), so Kirby was flung into the side of the stage, where the impact was tech'd, or the impact was harmless enough because most of the impact missed due to the air dodge. Kirby floats harmlessly back to stage, and Cloud can't stop the d-air animation before he's too low to recover.
