I think besides of NVH and comfort, this exceeded X70 in most of the aspects. Of coz at the end still will goes back to your personal preference.

@ facts is facts brother. If you think the J7 exceeds X70, then I believe you. Me myself is an owner of X70 MC2. This is my 2nd Proton in long time. I found it rather average on comfort and in many expects. Thinking I want to upgrade next year…

@@FairozeeHashim You can go and test drive to compare. I believe as an owner of X70 you have better view and feel of the car itself for longer term. So you may found some little details that usually won’t able to get during just test drive. But you need to be unbiased while doing comparison, coz usually people will bias towards something they favor instead of pure facts. Or I should say something more suite their preference.

I noticed that the control panels on the steering was not lighted up for most part of the video. It was only lighted up towards the last 3 to 4 minutes of the video. Can the control panel illumination be turned on and off?

Nope the lights on the steering wheel is not able to turn off separately. Unfortunately this is due to the steering buttons suddenly lost its functionality during my test drive session.

I understand...If u watch other car review especially those luxury car known for their refinement, the noise is also quite apparent. thts whts been picked up from the mic. But in real life they r actually very quiet. I suggest u go for a test drive and see if it is to ur liking.. hope this helps..

Hi If you have the budget go for J7. It check more boxes than the X70. Of coz the X70 has it own strong point like better NVH and more comfy seats. Personal preference bro. Go and test drive both cars before decide.
