I think we’re on the verge of a new wave of creativity in the synth world. These past few years have been dry to say the least and I think Mike Dean will give people more reasons to get inspired to create new ideas in this genre!

Mike Dean is a chiller. The fact that he just casually rips a fairly clean ROOR mid conversation made the video.

wow! haven't heard a mention of Synthdriver in decades! I was product specialist at DCE, original developer of Synthdriver and mod panels in the '90s. Was also the last manufacturer of WaveFrame aka StudioFrame, before joining Skywalker Sound in '97, as the Tech building was split between 'Frames (Foley, dialog & ADR,) and ProTools (hard FX,) with Rydstrom and Boyes piloting Synclaviers for sound design.

super inspiring content. So much to learn from you guys. Those synths are insane! I would love to see you build a simple minimalistic synth-rig from scratch. A few keyboards, mixer, effects, modules. Something to inspire young aspirering musicians. What would you buy today? Would you mix anything new with a few old? (to stay within a realistic budget for young people starting up). What is your favorite keybed/controller? There are so many half-good ones and so few expressive and good quality ones. Keep up the incredible work!
