im a black girl 16 and graduated hs early and got into university where i will be graduating debt free and early. None of my family is techie my dad has a ged my mom has a few college credits. my mom's family is just now getting their associates. im into tech sales, tech consulting and software engineering. i also like the gov tech contracts because living abroad has been really good to me. im literally excited because I know im going to be the first high networth first bachelor person in my family. i also plan of going to law school at a hbcu after a gap year. i think knowing the laws while navigating my personal finances and starting a business and buying properties is very important.

These ideas sound so amazing, I’m 21 and I work at Camping World in the retail store. I have wanted to get into retail estate and buy a home or duplex, rent it out, and then create passive income. I have been thinking about getting my real estate license and selling a few homes so that I can save up and provide for my daughter but I feel like it’s a high risk to not rely on a check and to reply in my sales. This program seems like the best decision to be able to save up the money I need for my start in real estate and provide for my family, I just want to know that it’s going to be worth it

Go for it. I started on my stock market journey at age 62 and now I’m 65. I’m on track to reach my goal by 2030. I had zero experience when I started but with God I learned how to trade stocks. It’s not a get rich quick scheme. I’m not a day trader. I invest in my stocks long term. I’ve found in life knowledge is king. Get the knowledge. Invest in yourself. Bro, AO, I had a plan to make six figures in 2-3 years. I leveled up, taking a risk to jump into an entirely different field. Got close to buying a condo within 5 months of that career (digital marketing) Then I lost my job and had to start over. I'm feeling stuck and lost, bro.
