I'm so happy to say that my young adult children have never been caught up on trying to keep up with the Jones's, Jacksons, etc.... I taught them the value of money and to always make certain your basic needs are met, keep, your personal hygiene in order, clean clothes, home and transportation, and never try to impress others by being flashy, its kept them humble and grounded, mean while their financial accounts continue to increase.

Faith, family and becoming debt free, living a quiet and peaceful life, being able to help those in need, those are the things that matter most to me. My biggest goal is to be debt free in two years and then to save money to go on to get my master degree in counseling. Thank you Anthony for taking the time to create content that teaches and blesses others! God bless you and your team.

42:31 LOVED this episode and agree with everything you said!! What matters most to me is stability, respect, and integrity in all areas of my life. I desire someone who shares my faith, who’s emotionally stable, honest, and committed. It’s important that he’s a strong role model for my son and values me as God intended. I’m looking for a future rooted in godly values, with someone who’s serious about building a life together. At the end of the day, I want a love that’s fulfilling spiritually and emotionally, that brings peace and purpose. Balancing my dreams with being the best mom I can be matters to me too-I want my son to see what it looks like to go after your goals while staying true to yourself.

This makes me think about all the money I blew trying to build a rap career. I blew over 100k to not even break even. I could have put that money elsewhere. I have a closet with about $50,000 of clothes that's worth nothing now, all because I wanted to impress people. Now I'm in my mid-30s, saving what I should have been had.

@NolaMontour I know that, but I lost interest in it tbh. I own a label now, so I would rather mentor younger artists. Help them properly invest. I'm was fortunate enough to work with Dolph before he passed. I gained a lot of connections through him. I'm taking my time with it.

I don't think rich ppl act broke, they just inherently more responsible. They spend also on things they like. They just do it the smart way. Gain and grow off assets that pays off their likes...

I don’t have nice things. I have some things but basic. My house is small, my car is cheap, I don’t buy clothes unless something wears out. I don’t really go out much. I’m working on a few business ideas in addition to investing in real estate. So for about 2 more years I will maintain my frugal lifestyle then I will spend a little more. But only after I’ve established proper savings and reduced debt.
