Great job! This is how “money buys happiness”. Not making purchases, but the opposite. When you have a reserve/nest egg and become debt free, you get access to your REAL life. I know there’s real slavery around the world, but modern day indentured servitude is still present in capitalist societies like the US. Buying my freedom by buying less ironically

These are very valuable rules for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $89k now to put in the market.

Understanding personal finances and investing will most likely lead to greater financial independence. By being knowledgeable about money and investing, individuals can make informed decisions about how to save, spend, and invest their money. I know someone who made over $350k in this recession influenced market, but to the best of my knowledge, it was through a financial advisor.
@Jamessmith-123 ай бұрын
Yeah, financial advisors could make a lot of difference, particularly in a market such as this. Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look. I have been using an FA since 2019, and I return at least $21k ROI, and this does not include capital gain.

You are doing an amazing thing. Know that you are the church, the church is within you, wherever you go. Invest in yourself first, that way you'll be able to invest in others. Stay elevating

I hope whoever decides to open the sofi savings account realizes you need to setup a direct deposit with their bank and have a direct deposit of $5,000 every month to qualify for the 4.6% APY. If not you'll only get 1.20% APY.

Put your money in a money market account. Ex: Charles Schwab money market fund SNSXX collecting 5% and there is no minimum.

You only need $5k direct deposit to get the $250 bonus from them. I direct deposit just under $5k a month with SoFi and they're giving me 4.6%, all that matters is that you keep your direct deposit with them

Brentwood! That’s a very nice area in Nashville. Also I remember Dave Ramsey once said not everyone is made to be an entrepreneur/own their on business. I tried that for 20 years and never had the success I was looking for.

Was it purpose driven? Was it something you were passionate about? Also, sometime we just need the right guidance. It’s okay if it didn’t work out. No stressing. You will find your way.

I like the shirt idea!! We don’t need to be buying expensive clothes or clothes just to buy or bc we have more money. Growing up, seeing my dad not buy stuff, I thought getting the career, I wouldn’t have to go through that. But it’s about managing your money for your goals. I have to ask myself, is this item worth more than taking a vacation, saving, investing, retiring early, or working more and being away from my family. The answer is no.

Is 10% tithe based on gross or net pay?
@blanchedixon96254 ай бұрын
Hi. Some people do either. If you tithe from your gross, then most people don't tithe from tax returns. However, you title from net, then you pay tithe from your tax return
