I know this was made an entire year ago, but to elaborate on what you said with the Destructo Disc effect only being able to peg in his hand, you can actually pull the tiny peg from the disc out, leaving a small hole for a tamashii act 4 stand to plug into to display it being thrown or flying on its own. I only found this out by accident when taking it off his hand and the peg stayed in his hand for be to take out afterwards lol

The paint here isn't doesn't register as a problem for me but we'll see when I get it in hand. If the gloss is bit too much, one could try a matte spray and knock it back but I think I'm on the Matte finish train for most designs. This year is going to be a pretty good year for getting the Z-Fighters. Piccolo, Gohan(teen), and Vegeta are at some pretty good prices. Though I suspect we'll be seeing a lot of variants come 2023.

Definitely much happier with the eyes seen here and I’m looking forward to getting this figure in hand. I don’t get what’s going on with the shading for the pants, I got my SSJ3 Goku a few weeks back and it looks like he sharted with so much force that it found it’s way around to his crotch area.

I had to try it with my figure: you can get the "VanDamme kick" by applying martial arts physiology. Kicks come out of the back of the hip, not the butt. So instead of rotating straight back, put the joint at about 45 degrees towards the back. The opposite leg will rotate straight to the front, then out to about 23 degrees. The back and body will arch backwards to stay upright. This figure's joint system allows him to do it REALLY well!

I know it's hard to capture on video but I really can't see the apparent difference in color with the legs and the rest of the body. If there is, it's not so glaring an issue. I feel like it's not noticeable unless you're REALLY looking for that difference up close. But that's just me.

Great review. Prefer the unpainted eyes. It does have its flaws but a great release and will definitely add it to the collection. Keep the dragon ball figuarts reviews coming! would also like to see what you have to say about the other jazwares select pokemon figs.

Great review. I just got my figure in today. One of the problems with my figure is that the knee caps easily pop off. Putting them back isn't hard, but it's a thing. Anyone else having that issue?

Thank you for the figure comparison. Sometimes you may already have a figure and not see a reason to buy the new one. This review shows the differences between the two. In most cases it's a matter of price. I know how much that old Krillin has been going for, and I would rather have this new one.

Unpopular opinion: I do NOT like the skin colored eyes on Krillin. It’s weird and it makes no sense and I just don’t like it. Maybe it’s because I read the monga, and I always imagine them to be white, because if it’s in black and white, THEN WHY WOULD YOU ASSUME THAT HIS EYES ARE THE SAME COLOR AS HIS SKIN???!!!???!!!???!!! Just think about it! What if your eyes were the same color as your skin? That would be weird, right?! Or are his eyes just little dots on an otherwise flesh-covered face, like the disguised Dittos in Detective Pikachu? Either way, I don’t like it. But that’s just me.
