It’s my only gripe about Anthrax, they’ve given little spotlight to the lead guitarists outside of Rob over the years. Neil Turbin got more face time on the docu-series than Spitz. Which just seems wrong. I get it’s been a bit of a revolving door and you have the core three members, but sometimes I wish we heard more from everyone else.

Huge congratulations on the 40 years Anthrax. This was amazing to see. But, I do feel a bit sad and disappointed that Bush or some of the Bush Era songs weren't played. while maybe not as successful as other parts of the Anthrax timeline. The Bush material is great. maybe it was a mutual decision from both sides. But all in all, the Bush era should have been included in some capacity during this 40th live stream. Even if it was only "Safe Home, Only and Catharsis" As a long time Anthrax fan I genuinely had hope Bush was going to make an appearance. Please keep him included in the on-going 40th Anniversary history of Anthrax Videos. But again, Congratulations and horns raised to you guys Anthrax. Keep rocking for metalling for as long as possible.

I second everything that you've just said. He was a part of the band. The songs from that era should have been played. He could have came out, sang a few songs (Neil too), and the celebration would have been even more epic. I hope it was floated to the other singers, (Dan and Rob too for guitar parts), rather than just omit songs because of ego. Anyway, congratulations on 40 Metal Thrashing Mad years. Joey's voice has aged really well. I didn't really dig his vocals on their earlier records because I thought he sounded "hard rock". But damn, he sounds so incredible since he came back to the band. Live, Anthrax has always been the tightest among the Big 4. Megadeth may be the most technical among them but this band is tight, thanks to that rhythm section. 40 years on Charlie and Frankie are still so underrated as players. They could walk into any metal band and make them sound better.

First off 40yrs congrats. And I'm a huge fan BUT let's talk about this event. From this song release & a few others being leaked on KZbin, I'm glad I saved the cash & didn't get a ticket. Hoped it'd be live, it wasn't. Hoped it wouldn't be scripted, it was. Hoped for special guest appearances, I haven't seen any yet. Hoped for close friends hopping on stage to join the "celebration" & nothing. I haven't seen John Bush or Neil or Spitz at least by the 4 videos I've seen yesterday & today. So far, it's been an overproduced "live" practice. Not bad & I'm happy it was done but not something amazing like I hoped after a 40yr career. 🤘

I love all the Big Four. Out of those 4, Anthrax is the band that has still sounds exactly the same. Joey is amazing. I’m so fucking glad he’s getting the respect now that he always deserved. Tom, James and Dave’s voices are all completely different (and in some cases not holding up), yet Joey comes out and nails everything like it’s still 1988. Also gotta say, Frankie is the bands secret weapon. Has energy, attitude, his vocals are amazing and his playing better than ever,
