@@myopenmind527 Well, that's a wide open question, for sure. I find this discussion on the "how" of dualism (ie, a quantum mind entangled with a physical body) to be fascinating. According to Craig (the presenter), the emperor's mind is "clothed" with his body, and when he says, "I", he's referring to a composite of the two. And this would be proven "real" by studying the data regarding out-of-body experiences, mind-body research, etc.

2 Corinthians 5 says nothing to indicate we must wait for a Future bodily resurrection to acquire the Heavenly tent. The thrust of the entire chapter seems to indicate a here and now(i.e. earthly tent) vs. there in heaven(i.e. Heavenly tent) contrast or division. In fact the Heavenly tent Paul is speaking of is intimately associated with Heaven not Earth. In fact in verse 10 it speaks of the judgement seat of Christ. Meaning when we die we are immediately judged and subsequently given our glorified Heavenly Body. There is no resurrection on Planet Earth indicated. To think that requires the reading of one's own presupposition or Eisegete on the text. Futher proof of this point can be ascertained from Hebrews 9:27 where it says "And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgement." There is absolutely no wait time to a future earthly bodily resurrection. Absolutely no mention of this whatsoever. Upon death you stand before the Lord, you are judged and given your immortal body made in Heaven for Heaven. To read any of this any other way is to literally make it all up. I cannot tell you how done I am with these hints of Pre-millennial Dispensationalism, Historical Dispensationalism, Amillennialism, Partial-preterism or Post-millennialism. For they are all heretical junk Eschatologies. I'm very sorry

​​@@tubaszubaYes you were told wrong. Jesus's bodily resurrection, the one where he was visible to his Disciples and others was not necessarily the quote unquote proof of our glorified bodies. Consider this, if Jesus truly was the first fruits of that resurrection, then how would you explain the resurrection of Lazarus before his own resurrection or the resurrection where Elijah resurrected a boy from the dead in 1 Kings or in 2nd Kings Elijah raises another boy from the dead and more etc? Total misunderstanding. On top of the fact Jesus didn't initially want to be touched because he had not ascended to the Father in heaven presumably to be clothed with his glorified body as well. Again the Futurist Eschatological position is bankrupt. I'm sorry to say Dr. Craig with all his brilliance is a disaster on Eschatology. Pity he gets everything else right.

That isnt true at all sir. Those who simply follow scripture outside of mans philosophy or tradition its more than clear and there are no disagreements. No denominational madness or arguments. I see how you think that with 45,000+ Denominations all claiming to be the real one. Or even that all of them are. But no sir, if you follow scripture in its line and do so as the word of God tells you in fulfillment of love for one another, then these disagreements not only goes away but those who start the arguments tend to leave when their opinions and ideas are shown as against scripture
