I am loving this series of videos. I stopped using most beauty products because of the chemicals in them. But I feel like now when I want to, I can have some options that do not cost a fortune and are healthy. I also have a young daughter that if she wants to use any of this we can make it together and know that it is so much healthier then what we can buy in the store.

I’ve been adding castor oil to my shampoo for several months now for thinning hair. I’m 71 with fine thin silver hair. I use a purple shampoo and I have noticed my hair feels and looks thicker than it used to, so I think it’s working. I recently bought some sweet almond oil and have been using it on my face for fine lines and adult acne. Yes, at 71 I have occasional pimples, way more than I ever had as a teenager! I’ve also been trying the almond oil on the backs of my hands to see if it would help the crepey look of my hands. We’ll see. I have Amlactin lotion (a prescription) from my dermatologist for crepey skin, but it is so sticky feeling, I can’t stand it on my skin. So I quit using it. I hope the almond oil works.

Actually, it seems like you're on a nice little roll Ali~ which makes sense when you're excited about something, or even just because you happen to have a bunch of great video ideas right now. Maybe next month, or later on, you'll feel like slowing down a bit for whatever reason~ that's all good too. *What you could do- if it pleases you to do so- is save a few of your already filmed & edited posts for inserting down the road, when you're not really feeling it. I know KZbin encourages consistency to grow the channel, but ultimately it's your dang channel & you should carry on as it suits you. I think people are pretty much gonna watch whatever you feel like posting, since you've already established the channel's value~ & your sparkly personality helps too, of course. =) I doubt folks are going to get burnt out, considering it's always a choice, based on mood or info seeking, etc that drives what people watch anyhow. WHY are my comments always so long?! Idk, but thanks for asking for input. I'll work on not hogging the comment section.

Pores are determined genetically so you can’t actually reduce them. Use a bentonite clay mask to help them look smaller by keeping them cleaner or aloe Vera gel. Hope this helps ❤️

Castor oil reduces blood flow to help with the dark circles and the puffiness. I put a few drops on my finger each night and rub it in. It’s a little thick but it washes off in the morning easily.
