Dave, regarding salmon, you say to eat wild-caught, which I think is a good idea (vs farm-raised). Is there any disadvantage to buying frozen wild-caught salmon (vs fresh wild-caught salmon)? The frozen variety would keep much longer in the freezer. Also do you have a particular brand or grocery store you'd recommend for finding wild-caught salmon? Lots of companies sell wild-caught salmon, but I have no idea which ones are trustworthy to purchase from. Thanks Dave.

I just started a HFLC diet, eliminating all processed foods, sugar, alcohol and grains (except very occasionally white rice, and organic, sprouted wheat, flourless bread actually is ok for me in small amts too, and incidental beans, such as in a dish someone made or at a restaurant in small amts. Which I hardly ever go to anymore) and I am losing weight effortlessly that would not budge, my energy and stamina is coming back during exercise, which makes me feel young again, AND I definitely look younger. It's uncanny. The only thing is I can not tolerate dairy at all, not even goat. Not raw, not A2 variant, not aged cheese-nothing. I get a lot of lung problems for that (long time asthmatic). So I sub bacon grease, coconut, avocado, avo oil, evoo for fats. And life doesn't suck without the dairy.

Moringa is probably the one true super food. I eat fresh leaves everyday. Two big benefits for me are no allergies whatsever and an incredible stable blood sugar. therefore snacking doesnt even come into the picture. stick a branch in the ground and within a year you'll be able to harvest enough to eat everyday. Until dried leaves or capsules.
