The correct spelling is Lithe, it is a Feng Min Perk for Survivor. Whenever a survivor vaults a pallet or window they gain a speed boost for a short duration, afterwards they gain the exhaustion status effect that prevents them from using Lithe and other similar perks. (known as exhaustion perks)
