Dispite this, Anti-Monitor survived and using the last of his power, willed his Anti-Matter Universe into being. Previously, the Anti-Monitor, even after expending most of his power breaching the Source, simply pointed his hand at every Hero in the multiverse(including Superman) and drained all of their life-force and power. After regaining his power, The Anti-Monitor began his plan to replace The Hand which formed the multiverse but was confronted by The Spectre, which is when the previously mentioned multiverse shattering clash happened.
