Your videos are very useful, Your team is constructing a house in my neighborhood. We have a old house, Planning to demolish and built a new house. Few questions on that. We already got two single phase connections, Metro sewer line and drinking water line. If we built a new house do we need to get new line or we can use the existing lines & same question for EB connections. Building plan approval needed since we already had a house there. Please put a video on plan approval a news spreading in the internet regarding plan approval not required for certain sqft construction.

Termites can appear depending on soil conditions and climatic factor. If termites haven't attacked your building, that's great, but it can't be said that older buildings aren't affected by the existence of termites. we are also demolished old buildings, that buildings all are attacked by termite only..
