Weirdly enough, Kite Man is a perfect character to feature majorly in this kind of show. His last Fe in of itself is a horrible joke because essentially the reason he became a "villain" is the exact kind of reason most heroes are born. Yet, even while being "evil" all he's really up to is trying to be somebody worth remembering. Makes him very wholesome and endearing.
