Naltrexone is for heroin, I had 2 implants about 20 years ago and the tablets

yes but like many medications, it does have off label use. one ON LABEL use for naltrexone is to help reduce cravings for alcohol, which was why I was prescribed it

Is there any efficacy for mirtazapine in use for ADHD? or would it only be useful as an add on to other psychostimulants like methylphenidate, I find it really hard to use substances like methylphenidate as I found it causes me to no longer feel any form of euphoria from normal things like listening to music and induces major depression and suicidal thoughts and I am wondering what the best course of action would be, perhaps methylphenidate is just something I need to avoid and find another method to treat my condition. Not taking my medicine for the condition has really been debilitating my ability to preform in university in which I am doing my honours degree in chemistry with plans on doing my masters in drug discovery and any suggestions on what might be a possible method for treatment when methylphenidate causes such a negative response. I am also dyslexic if that helps with what might be better than others and the ADHD is not hyperactivity, it would be the classic ADD though I am aware they changed it to being ADHD with or without or mixed something, I forget exactly but I don't have hyperactivity though I do have mania at times.
