This is one of my favorite adaptations of the original. The tragedy speech is breathtakingly beautiful.

Thanks for the help! When I read plays too quick I tend to forget important details or not understand some key points, but I managed to refresh memory and understand the play better thanks to your video.

I'm so glad I could help you Camila! Honestly I'm the same whenever I read anything - if I'm doing a literary analysis I always have to read it at least twice :)

Hey Bel, thank you! It's pretty helpful. Though, it would be better for those like me who cannot understand everything clearly if you can use some subtitles, as you speak fast with an accent.

I’m so glad that I could help you! I will definitely try and speak slower in future videos & also figure out subtitling! I have PDF study guides that might help you 😊

Is tirisieas in this version or just Sophocles?
@BelsBooks3 жыл бұрын
Tiresias is only in Sophocles' Antigone!
@molieb59433 жыл бұрын
@@BelsBooks thanks. My essay was comparing the créons in both versions. I used Tiresias as a proof that he was only a tragic hero in Sophocles version because he was stubborn and didn’t listen. But in anaweeeeeeee’s version he tried to help Antigone and she brought her own death upon herself.
