I am take a classes, but also want a hammock to practice at home. Would you tell me where you got your hammock, what brand, and size you have? I want to make a good choice. Also, can it be installed in a normal house or would I need to have a beam of some kind to hang it from?

Have you ever tried it? I am a floor based yoga and antigravity yoga teacher. To me a yoga practice encompasses the connection between breathe and movement, calming the mind, the use of bandhas and right intention. Sure there are more intermediate moves in this video but AGY is totally accessible for all people not just acrobats which Renae and I are not.
