Hi i been on respiredon for 1 month.never been on something before i stopped cold turkey since than its been 3 mounts off .but i think its gave me some sort of ocd about regret of taking that and slightly changed of my personality.what happend to me or its all in my head ?

Yes bra! Try and eat a lot of whole fruits and vegetables or just fruit if you only like the sweets and get in good shape. What I am doing now with a juice cleanse and losing a lot of weight! I wish you the best Andy!

You can try taking maca. Meds killed my drive but maca makes it come back

Our son never had hallucinations until he was started on antipsychotics! Drs of course told us it would have always happened anyway! (insert eyeroll here)

Hey alice , I quit antipaychotics 4 years ago , its been hell eventho took the meds only for couple months..actually im feeling better now but not fully healed ..the damage of these druga is irreversible.. I wonder if any holistic supllement could help me feel myself again ..many supplements made my depression worse..🤙thx u

Is fish oil good for when coming off of a antipsychotic?

It is good if the person has adequate mineral levels in the body. Otherwise, it can cause more oxidative stress.
