I restored a 1960 satin silver with white coves vette. Many years ago, driving the car made even me look good.

Years ago in 1989 a friend of mine who was a merchant seaman bought a Cadilac in America and brought back home with him on the ship the crafty git he was . Someone hit his bumper and needed a new . It cost him over £700 for the bumper and shipping was a really smooth drive David .

Not many long term died -in-the-wool Corvette owners to be found in Britain, Most are to be found with spine damage ,the result of their first vertebrae-shattering ride in a Vette: One ride sufficed for me in the1970's : Antique ? certainly in terms of ride : Classic ? Resoundingly no . The bodywork is fibreglass and the separate chassis fit for a commercial vehcle ,...try keeping up with the coachwork crazing caused by British potholes , just like with my one owner SP250 Dart ! A good MajesticMajor in tune , will outperform both of them, and with remarkably compliant suspension to boot ,: Don't expect to be inundated with enquiries from the esteemed fraternity of such as the VSCC or VCC or even DLOC ..

You need to study the condition of these cars…some are better than new!
