AHHH! So here is my second video for the NYX Face Awards, this time for Top 20!
The theme was "Machinist", so I thought what a better time to do a steampunk automaton look? I've always loved the look of corrosion on copper and other metals, and really wanted to incorporate that in makeup form. I really hope you guys like this look, since I worked really hard on it. I'm just so honored that I even made it into this round, and I couldn't have done it without you all!

I started following you because of the Face Awards. You did a great job! I feel like you and OnlineKyne are the only two that were original in your concepts. I know steam punk can only go so many ways but you two are the only ones (as far as I could tell) that used gears and were steam punk inspired without going full cookie cutter steam punk. The others look as though they all googled the same image to pretty much copy. I felt like the ones I watched used looks from entries from other countries. Being inspired by something is not the same as copying it, with minor differences. No one I watched gave any kind of credit either. My point is that you both are creative and a perfect examples of creativity, TALENT, and how to be inspired by something without just repeating it. I dedicated two emails to both of you and really hope you both make the top 6. So far, your talents are crystal clear and y’all deserve it! Good luck! ❤️
