Nearer my God to thee, played on a B. H. A. upright disc musical box made in 1900.
The popular hymn was reportedly played by the band aboard the RMS Titanic after she was struck by an iceberg on her maiden voyage and began to sink.
Movement has been fully restored by our craftsmen.

Which disc diameter and which machine is it? Imperial or Britannia?

It is in fact the Imperial and the disc diameter is 17.25 inches.
