I have a really old China head doll, her body is original because she's stuffed with sawdust, now the cloth body is worn out and the sawdust spilling out, I love my China head doll and I hope I can replace her body!

You can patch it! We have a video on this on our channel.

You can cover the body with a silicone. I did that with my paper mache doll shoulder head and preserved the body
