Antique Cross Cut Saw - Handle Replaclement and Sharpening

I bought this saw for last May Long but it was cancelled due to back country fire bans and a general no visits Covid restriction. It also rained all weekend...
This time, we have floods and cold weather but hey, at least we can get out there still.
After watching this video, I think I'll bring down the rakes a bit more. The first log I cut was damp and sticky and the second was nice and dry and I felt like it could have a bit more bite to it.
